Are you ready to make a difference in the world of digital solutions? As a Commercial IT & Digital Solution Delivery Lead, you'll be at the forefront of transforming business needs into impactful digital capabilities. You'll build strong relationships with stakeholders in Therapy Areas, translating their needs into digital health and engagement solutions. Your role will involve defining and executing a strategic digital roadmap, collaborating with global and local teams, and leading end-to-end project management. You'll facilitate progress review meetings, drive alignment on digital platforms, and ensure maximum utilization of solutions. Constantly seeking improvements, you'll challenge the status quo and partner with IT vendors to execute contracting processes.

Accountabilities

- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders in Therapy Areas to translate needs into digital solutions.

- Define and execute the digital roadmap aligned with business priorities, timelines, and budget.

- Collaborate with global, international, and area Digital/IT teams to shape local demand and assess solutions.

- Lead end-to-end project management, including planning, analysis, development, testing, deployment, and go-live.

- Facilitate digital progress review meetings to ensure stakeholders are informed of project progress and risks.

- Drive alignment of new digital platforms from global teams and lead local deployment of projects.

- Monitor utilization of digital solutions, identify issues, and provide guidance for maximizing adoption.

- Seek alternative solutions for continuous improvements and challenge the status quo.

- Establish strong relationships with IT vendors and partner with internal stakeholders for contracting processes.

Essential Skills/Experience

- Minimum a Bachelor’s degree STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or a related field

- 7-10 years of work experience in a similar role and experienced with working in Digital Technology department as a Digital partner

- Prior work experience in pharma industry with strong business acumen and preferably cross industrial experience (commercial digital, IT and omnichannel/digital health understanding)

- Prior experience in managing and implementing end to end projects leveraging advanced digital technologies (AI/ML, RPA, VR/AR/XR, wearables, low-code no-code platforms etc)

- Experienced in delivering solutions with vendors, managing vendors, planning and managing budget

- Preferred prior experience in design thinking, lean startup mindset and delivering solutions in Agile/Scrum approach, digital product management roles
